In 2010, Sport Manitoba took a major step forward by developing a new home base in the Sport for Life Centre. A first in Canada, the new Sport for Life Centre at 145 Pacific Avenue in the Exchange District, is a one-stop resource for creating a healthier community by helping athletes and youth learn, grow and succeed in sport.
While the renovation of phase 1 of this 100-year old heritage building is complete, fundraising is underway to realize the full vision of phase 2 which includes the building of a training fieldhouse and new programming opportunities for our community.
