A Night of Champions Award Nominees
Sport Manitoba today announced the 36 nominees for its Annual Sport Awards recognizing achievement and excellence in amateur sport in 2005. All the nominees will be honoured and the winners announced at "A Night of Champions" at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 11th at Pantages Playhouse Theatre. Members of Manitoba's sport media will select the winners.
The evening will also include a tribute and presentation to Manitobans who were members of Team Canada at the 2006 Winter Olympics.
