A November to Remember in support of KidSport
Winnipeg - As the the University of Manitoba Bison Football team makes a run to the Vanier Cup they have partnered up with KidSport to make it a November to Remember. KidSport is a charity that helps remove barriers and assist less fortunate children participate in sport. Bison Football will donate $2 from every adult ticket and $1 from every student/ senior ticket to KidSport.
Play-offs kickoff Saturday, November 3 at 6:00 p.m. at Canad Inns Stadium as your University of Manitoba Bisons put their regular season championship on the line in their quest for a Vanier Cup.
Should the Bisons continue to win they will host right up to the CIS Semi finals. Future possible games:
- Hardy Cup (Canada West Final ) - weekend of November 10th
- CIS Semi Final - Saturday, November 17th
The goal is to fill the stands and raise over $10,000 for KidSport. Tickets are available at all Boston Pizza locations in Winnipeg, Ticketmaster and the Frank Kennedy Customer Service Desk at the University of Manitoba.
Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for students and seniors. Children12 and under are free. For more information or to order tickets call 474-7016 or email jaffray@cc.umanitoba.ca. Completed order forms can be faxed to 474-7841.
As an added bonus purchase more that 15 tickets for your group and receive a special announcemnt on the PA for your support of KidSport and Bison Football.
