RENTAL SERVICES

MEETING ROOMS

The Centre for Sport maintains twelve meeting rooms for use by Sport Manitoba's partners, their member organizations and volunteers. Meeting rooms are accessible daily from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. and from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on weekends.

Meeting rooms are available for rent to outside agencies on a limited basis from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on weekdays only.

Meeting rooms feature various configurations with seating capacity ranging from 10 up to a 180-seat Conference Centre. Audio-visual equipment, flip charts, white boards and coffee service are also available.

Meeting rooms are reserved on a first come first served basis and can be reserved up to 12 months in advance for regular meetings and up to 18 months in advance for special events. There is a 24-hour cancellation policy.

MOBILE BLEACHERS

Through a grant from the Winnipeg Sport Facility Program, Sport Manitoba owns two sets of hydraulically-deployed mobile bleachers which are constructed with continuous full-length metal seats and weather resistant materials. A number of sets of manually-deployed mobile bleachers are also available for rent for use by eligible non-profit organizations throughout Manitoba. Amateur sport bookings receive top priority.

We all love bringing our lawn chairs to the ball park or soccer pitch to watch the game...but some events simply require more seating. If you need to rent some bleachers for your next big event, here are some options.
