Canada Games Sport for Life Centre Performance Centre

The Canada Games Sport for Life Centre Performance Centre consists of two areas, the performance centre and the movement prep/testing space, totaling over 6,000 square feet of athlete-only training space, combining the latest in sport performance equipment and some of the best strength and conditioning coaches in the province of Manitoba.

The Performance Centre is set up exclusively for athlete use only.  We have athletes of all ages training in the centre, from the eight year old who wants to learn how to move and train properly in a fun setting, all the way up to the 68 year old weekend warriors who want to stay in shape and play the sports they love into their later years.

We work with over 30 Provincial Sport Organizations (PSOs) and their elite and developmental athletes to guide them along their performance pathway through our long-term athlete development model.  Our athletes include Olympic, World, National, and Provincial champions in individual and team sports as well as athletes in the recreational, developmental, and grassroots levels of sport. The end result is personal best performances by our athletes in over 30 different sports on the Provincial, National and International stages.

If you are an athlete, you are welcome to train here regardless of sport or level.  If you want to become a complete athlete, this is where you should train.

We currently run private (1 on 1), semi-private (3-5 athletes) and team training for any sport.  Our program line up currently includes specialty programs like: Performance Golf, Performance Run, Performance Hockey, Performance Football, and Weekend Warriors Adult Hockey Program.  We are always looking to grow our program line up based on the needs of our athletes or athletes in the community.  What program do you need?

If you are an athlete and want to improve your strength, speed/power, stamina, mobility, athleticism, and/or body composition to perform better or if you want to compete at the highest level possible, click here book your free initial consultation with one of our Sport Performance Specialists to determine which program is best for you to become the best athlete you can be.
