I’d like to tell you about one of our exciting fitness programs coming up this fall.
It’s called Exercise for Beginners.
If you are completely new to working out and don’t really feel comfortable in a gym setting, this is the class for you, because we’ll help you build a foundation of knowledge that will make you more confident when working out.
One of the things I love about this class is how small it is. Last year I had nine people, and many of them became good friends by the end. It’s always a very supportive environment where everyone is cheering each other on and feeding off of each other’s energy.
And you’re never too old or too young for this class. My youngest person last year was 21, and I also had a woman who was into her 60s!
The class starts on Sept. 16 and we’ll go every Monday evening for seven weeks, with no class on Thanksgiving Monday. Each class is an hour long.
