This program is designed to ensure athletes are at their physical peak and are fully prepared for the fall football season. The program is split into two ages groups: under 16 and 17+.
Football Program Includes
Strength and conditioning focused on power, quickness, speed, and change of direction
Combine testing at the beginning and end of the program to monitor results and show the progress made in the areas of strength (bench press), speed (40 yard dash), agility (Pro Agility and L Agility), and power (vertical jump and broad jump).
Position-specific drills to get maximal carry over to the field when it matters
Experienced strength and conditioning coaches who will teach proper lifting techniques and tactics to improve speed and power while ensuring safety and preventing injury
State-of-the-art facility, including sprint lanes and Olympic lifting platforms
Choose Your Frequency
Athletes can choose either two, three or four days per week
Mondays & Wednesdays are from 5:00pm – 6:30pm
Tuesdays & Thursdays are from 6:00pm – 7:30pm
Example: a 3x per week athlete might come Mon/Wed/Thurs one week and the next week might choose Mon/Tue/Thu. Consistent days are ideal, but the program is flexible.
