Performance Nutrition

Sport Manitoba’s Performance Centre is pleased to offer introductory and intermediate nutrition services including presentations, workshops, and counseling to provincial sport organizations, provincial & club teams, coaches, athletes, parents and performance clientele. 

Our Canada Games Sport Performance Centre offers the following Performance Nutrition Services:

  • Team Presentation (1 hour)
  • Experience/Age Group Presentations (1 hour)
  • Focus Groups or Mini-Meetings (approx. 20-30 minutes)*
  • ] Flash Check-Ins (10-15 minutes)*

*Scheduled in coordination with CGS4L Performance Training.

Nutrition Office Hours

Mini-Meetings & Small Group Counselling

Athletes will have bi-weekly, monthly, or bi-monthly mini-consultations with their chosen sport nutritionist. Meetings can range from 15 to 20 minutes and can best accommodates 3-5 athletes depending on level and experience. The office hours allow for athletes to go over athlete workbooks and exercises (provided), ask questions and receive feedback regarding their nutrition practices.

* all-times are subject to nutritionist’s & room availability

* prices are for on-site sessions at CGS4L Performance Centre

* hours must be used within a 10-month period

Our in-house Performance Nutritionists are both Graduate Dietitians and have experience working with athletes of many ages and sport backgrounds.
