Our Fitness Centre is offering two specialty fitness programs starting this month, targeted towards people looking to reach their fitness goals in a guided, low-impact setting.
Starting February 2, our Low-Impact Aerobics program incorporates low impact aerobics and strength training for a full body workout, every Friday at 1:30PM for 8 weeks. This class is a great opportunity to learn various exercises to help improve balance and coordination, and have a great time doing it!
We're also offering a Gentle Yoga & Meditation class, aimed to provide a calming, stress-relieving atmosphere to help stretch and strengthen the body in a gradual manner. Taking place every Monday at 10AM for 6 weeks, the focuses of this class include breathing, alignment, stretching, and meditation. Everyone is welcome, and there's no previous yoga or meditation experience needed!
The cost for our 8-week Low-Impact Aerobics program is $95 for Fitness Centre members, and $119 for non-members, while our 6-week Gentle Yoga & Meditation comes in at $70 for members, and $90 for non-members. Don't forget to register while you still can!
