Our multi-sport camps are developed by a team of Sport Manitoba activity leaders and Sport Performance Specialists. Camp activities are tailored to the age group’s stage in the athlete development cycle. We feature a variety of activities that promote and develop key athletic attributes such as confidence, teamwork, sport science knowledge, functional foundations, and multi-sport skills.
This program is designed for athletes (13-21 yrs old) living in the East part of the province, who have a background in competitive sport(s, who may benefit from doing in-season mobility, including strength and core exercises to aid in recovery from practice and competition.
