In the Barbell Strength Club, you choose your path and train in either Powerlifting (back squat, bench press, deadlift) or Olympic Weightlifting (snatch, clean & jerk). A complete training program is provided, directly programmed for you in our app. Coach Val will guide each member through their program to help them reach their goals.
You choose which coaching option is right for you:
Virtual Coaching: You will have full access to email or message your coach through our app with questions/videos, and also have the option to do a mid-point check in via phone or zoom.
In-Person Coaching: Not only will you have full access to email or message your coach through our app with questions/videos, we will also meet weekly (in the L3 Performance Centre) on Sundays from 3:30-4:30pm. Capacity for this option is limited to 8 people.
This fall program starts the week after Thanksgiving (October 13) and the first in-person coaching session is on October 18. The program block will run for 10 weeks.
