The Sport Manitoba Fitness Centre is pleased to offer nutrition services including in-person or virtual sessions, presentations, and workshops to the general public and local businesses within the community.

NUTRITION CONSULTATION - $60

The 45-minute session involves a comprehensive discussion surrounding your diet, lifestyle, and current level of physical activity. We will set realistic and manageable goals.
(FEE WAIVED if nutrition package purchased)

THREE-MONTH PACKAGE (Reach your goals) - $200

This package is perfect for those just starting on their health and wellness journey. Three months of access to your Nutrition Coach to help keep you on track and accountable.
What’s included:
• One 45-minute consultation and goal-setting session
• Five 30-minute follow-up sessions scheduled two weeks apart
• Final 30-minute session to review your original goals and next steps

SIX-MONTH PACKAGE (Commit to fit) - $360

Ready to make some concrete changes to your health and well-being? This is the package for you. Six months of access to your Nutrition Coach who will work alongside you to help ensure you reach your goals.
What’s included:
• One 45-minute consultation and goal-setting session
• Ten 30-minute follow-up sessions scheduled two weeks apart
• Final 30-minute session to review your original goals and next steps


GROUP PRESENTATIONS - $200

Group presentations can be held at your offices within the downtown core, in one of our spacious meeting rooms if physical distancing guidelines can be observed, or remotely via video conferencing. These sessions are 1-hour in length and are led by our Certified Nutrition Coach. Topics can include: basic nutrition considerations, meal preparation/planning, smart snacking, and so on.

**Please note that our Certified Nutrition Coach is unable to work with clients dealing with autoimmune diseases (Celiac, Crohn’s, etc.), women who are pregnant or breastfeeding, or clients dealing with cancer or disordered eating. A Certified Nutrition Coach is unable to provide meal plans, in that case, a Registered Dietician would be better able to serve you.**
