In this workshop you will learn the foundational principles of headstand. We will have an overview of how to prep, how to modify, and how to attempt and execute a headstand safely. This workshops is great for all levels. You dont need to be able to do a headstand to do this workshop, although if you can, you will be exploring different variations of the pose
April 7 – June 12, Tue/Thu/Fri @ 6:30a (10 weeks) – $299
This 10 week run program will get you ready for anything from the 5km or 1/2 marathon. Tuesday and Friday sessions will be running sessions with Coach Sheldon Reynolds, and Thursday sessions will be Strength sessions with Personal Training Jon Jorundson. Also with this program you receive 10 FREE facility passes as well as 10% off Nutrition Services. NOTE: no session April 10.
April 19 – May 10, Sun @ 2:00p (4 weeks) – $60 (member $45)
Learn proper technique and base strength with the 3 pillar lifts in Powerlifting: back squat, bench press, and deadlift. Throughout this 4-week program, we will break down each lift and get lots of practice. You will come away with a great understanding of proper positions for you in regards to your movement and goals. This 6 week Pull-up Program is designed to focus on safely progressing from your current ability, providing simple and structured progressions from week-to-week building towards completing your first pull-up and improving your upper body and core strength.
