Summer Bootcamp will take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays from July 6 to August 12. Choose between two sessions: 6:15 a.m. – 7 a.m. or 7:15 a.m. – 8 a.m. All sessions take place at Stephen Juba Park just off Waterfront Drive. This program offers total-body workouts incorporating bodyweight exercises, strength, cardio and circuits. Our workouts will challenge you and improve your overall fitness level while burning energy in a fun and educational environment.
