Get moving and motivated at Bootcamp with Taylor! Stiffness and soreness is last year's news. Start 2023 with a bang alongside other motivated individuals looking to build strength, limber up, and prioritize their health. Together, we will complete 6 weeks of intentionally planned strength and conditioning workouts designed to gradually increase your physical fitness. Look forward to being introduced to unique equipment and reinventing exercises you are already familiar with. All fitness levels welcome.

Deepen your yoga practice this winter! Each week, join Phil and Ilya as they guide you through a variety of different yoga classes that will elevate your practice.
There are four one-hour classes per week that are designed with the participants in mind, offering individual attention, modifications, and progressions. Expect to dig a little deeper, work a little harder, and leave each class feeling like you learned something new. All students are welcome.

Phil's Classes - Tuesdays at 2 p.m.
Each class will focus on a slow and grounding Yin-style and explore a more passive yoga practice. In this yoga class, registrants will focus on one or two parts of the body while we work the whole body and breathe simultaneously. Each posture will be held for 3 to 5 minutes.
Phil's Classes - Saturdays at 12:30 p.m.
Phil will offer a more active Ashtanga-Vinyasa style class in which participants will move at a medium pace and hold postures for 5 to 15 breaths each.
Ilya's Classes - Wednesdays + Fridays at 6:15 p.m.
In these classes, you can expect to work on a comprehensive sequence — one that will help students feel energized and grounded. Classes will start with active-style Yang yoga practice and finish up with some passive Yin yoga practice. The focus, ultimately, will be on helping students feel their best — mind, body, and soul.
Whether due to age, injury, or periods of inactivity, we can grow stiff and lose control over our ranges of motion. Consistent effort is necessary to regain and maintain our mobility — use it or lose it!
Join Adrienne Shum (CYT, FRCms) in a six-week yoga session to dive into how we can improve our range of motion through a strength-based approach. We’ll use creative sequencing that incorporates elements of Functional Range Conditioning to progressively open up different areas of the body (especially shoulders and hips). Whether you are looking to prevent injury or simply feel more at home in your skin, all levels of experience are welcome.

Building strength is one of the key ways to prevent injury, never mind feeling capable and confident in our bodies. Join Adrienne in this six-week class to explore how a yoga practice can help us cultivate endurance (mental and physical) and stability, while maintaining mobility, simply by using our own body weight.
These classes are open to all levels; modifications for yoga postures will be offered so that we can all find an appropriate level of challenge in the practice. Expect to move with intentional breathing, break a little sweat, and have some fun!
