Spring Bootcamp (Outdoors) *Sold out!

This SPRING BOOTCAMP will take place outside due to public health restrictions. This program offers a total body workout incorporating bodyweight exercises, strength, cardio and circuits. Our workouts will challenge you and improve your overall fitness level, while burning energy in a fun and motivational environment. This program includes two weekly group training sessions led by our qualified trainers over six weeks.

When: Tuesdays & Thursdays from 6:15 AM – 7 AM, May 18 – June 24

Cost: $129 +GST (12 Sessions)
