Bench, Squat and Deadlift for Beginners

This workshop will help you learn or feel more confident with multi-joint movements such as the deadlift, squat, and bench press. This workshop will teach you step-by-step proper techniques, explain how these exercises transfer into daily life activities and will give you an opportunity to practice individually under the guidance of a certified personal trainer.


When: Saturday, Oct. 30 from 11 AM - 12:30 PM

Hard-Core Program

Build all-around core strength, so you can bring more stability to everyday activities like walking, jogging, and even sitting, while also bringing new power to your workouts. We’ll use a combination of bodyweight and resistance exercises. Many of our exercises use minimal equipment, so you can continue working and progressing beyond the program.


When: Thursdays (Nov. 4
- Dec. 9) from 5:15 PM - 6 PM
