Free Fitness Day Classes

FREE Group Fitness Classes

Ages 16+

We are offering free group fitness classes in our new Fitness Centre on the fourth floor. Try a spin, yoga, or strength class, or try all three, it's free! With five time slots to choose from, try as many classes as you like. Classes are 30 minutes and lockers, showers, and change rooms are yours to use. You must be 16 to participate in a group fitness class. All non-members must also sign a waiver. Pre-register to guarantee your spot plus be entered to win a bonus draw.

Note: The same class/session may occur multiple times throughout the day. Please make sure to register for the time that’s best for you! All levels welcome, no experience necessary!

Cardio Circuit

10:15am

Total body circuit-style class incorporates strength and conditioning exercises using your bodyweight, TRX, kettlebells, agility pieces and more.  

Muscle & Mobility

11am

Focus on strength gains for your entire body - upper, lower and core and end with mobility work to improve range of motion in your joints and muscles.

TRX

11:45am

Develop strength, mobility, and stability while targeting your core with every movement.

Yoga – Barre

12:30pm

Full-body lean-muscle toning workout using a combination of yoga, Pilates, and ballet bar exercises.

Yoga – Yin

1:15pm

Floor-based series of long held postures that target the ligaments, joints, and deep fascia of the body. Combine passive postures with yang postures to establish a deeper relaxation.

Spin HIIT

10:20am & 12:20pm

High Intensity Interval Training, spin style! A fun, efficient, energy-burning workout with great music!

Spin & Stretch

11:20am

A 50-minute high-energy class is designed to get your heart rate pumping, burn energy and build strength.

Spin Power

1:20pm

A high-energy power class is guaranteed to make you sweat while you ride through a mix of hills and sprints while burning energy during and after class.

Strength Training

11:15am & 12:15pm

Learn to increase maximal strength by capitalizing on full body lifts and learning proper technique and programming.

On-Track Training

1:15pm

A mix of strength and cardio, this class utilizes the 160m indoor track and free weights.
