Game Day is back! All families are welcome to drop in, get active, and play their next favourite sport for the first time.

Time: 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.
Activities
This year, we have over 20 different sport stations for kids to try out including fencing, basketball, bowling, racquetball, judo, rugby, cheer, sailing, and much, much more. This is an inclusive event, and we encourage individuals of all levels of abilities to join in on the fun!
What to Bring
Attendees should bring a pair of indoor running shoes, a water bottle, and a good attitude! We also recommend wearing clothing you’re comfortable moving around in. Please note we will not have lockers available, so bring only what you need! We will provide coat racks and mats for outdoor footwear, but they will not be monitored.
Registration
There are no registration requirements! Families can simply drop in, sign a waiver, and start their adventure at Game Day. Can’t wait to see you there!
Getting Here
We have payed underground parking at the facility and plenty of street parking as well! In addition to parking, we have complimentary bike storage in the building and are on multiple bus routes.
