Sport Manitoba’s P-Series brings together experts from a variety of fields to educate athletes, coaches, and parents on health, training, and sport performance.

Delivered through our Performance Centre, these monthly presentations feature keynote speakers who’ll cover everything from developing a growth mindset, to discipline, to offseason training, combined with the latest in sport science to enrich the development and knowledge of our teams.

This inaugural season covers a wide range of strategies and methodologies connecting nutrition, sport psychology, and strength & conditioning principals, all tailored to educate and enhance the peak performance of Manitoba’s athletes.
