Get started with our $25 one-month trial offer! You can test out our cushy new track, enjoy floor to ceiling windows, lift some weights and sample up to eight classes including yoga, HIIT, spin, cardio, strength and more!  There is nothing to cancel when your trial ends!

Summer Camp 2019

Our multi-sport camps are developed by a team of Sport Manitoba activity leaders and Sport Performance Specialists. Camp activities are tailored to the age group’s stage in the athlete development cycle. We feature a variety of activities that promote and develop key athletic attributes such as confidence, teamwork, sport science knowledge, functional foundations, and multi-sport skills.

Open to competitive athletes ages 14-19 who want to improve next season.

1. Puberty changes everything. 2. Youth training sessions and practices are more about establishing fundamentals and routines, just as much so as they are about creating adaptation. 3. Youth should see continued and linear gains and improvement in strength and general athletic attributes.

Our summer session program focuses on speed development for athletes aged 13-20 who are pursuing high-level competitive success. The program is designed for athletes with a background in competitive sport(s) who may benefit from speed and power training.

With busy lives, it is very hard for parents to keep their children active. The World Health Organization recommends a minimum of 60 minutes of physical activity per day. Parents sometimes do not know how to make their kids more active, or what sport their kids will like.
