Vestibular physiotherapy is an exercise-based program to improve balance and reduce dizziness-related problems. Though dizziness and vertigo are signs most commonly associated with vestibular dysfunction, there are also several less commonly identified issues. These can include but are not limited to: visual disturbance, nausea, vomiting, reduced concentration, anxiety, and fatigue. Vestibular dysfunction can be extremely limiting for day-to-day function, and can be improved with proper diagnosis and treatment.

Vestibular physiotherapy at the Sport Medicine Clinic includes a comprehensive assessment of the neck and specific testing of the vestibular system.
