Angus is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) with years of experience training everyone from casual fitness enthusiasts to elite athletes. His prior experience includes five years of training Paralympic athletes in Hong Kong and working with a charitable organization, providing personal training to individuals with intellectual disabilities.
Angus also holds a degree in Sports and Recreation Management, specializing in sports coaching, has a purple belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and believes exercise is the best medicine.
