Carlie is currently enrolled at the University of Winnipeg obtaining a degree in Kinesiology, after her bachelors degree she will be pursuing a Masters of Physiotherapy.

She loves being active and grew up playing many different sports. Her favourite sport growing up was softball which she played  for more than 10 years. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, loves cooking and travelling. She is passionate about active living and being the best version of yourself that you can be! 

Her favourite exercise is trap bar deadlifts because it improves grip strength, explosiveness and is fun!
