Ilya’s main focus as a yoga teacher is to help his students; this is what drives him as a teacher. Ilya has been studying yoga for well over a decade, and in that time, he has completed multiple training courses, learning how to approach yoga from many different angles and styles. Ilya is thankful to all his teachers and mentors because they taught him everything he knows.

What can you expect from Ilya’s classes? A serious approach to yoga that doesn’t feel all that serious. Working with breath, body, and mind in a conscious manner.
