Jon is a graduate of the University of Manitoba with a Bachelor of Kinesiology and Bachelor of Education, and is currently working toward becoming a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (NSCA), along with various other certifications including Functional Movement Screening (FMS).
Jon comes from an active background where sport and fitness have played a huge part in becoming who he is today. He is passionate not only about helping people to reach their fitness and lifestyle goals, but in educating and inspiring others to make lasting positive lifestyle changes.
