Sandy discovered yoga 15 years ago by way of a sports injury. Over the years, yoga has helped heal her body, open her mind, and allow her heart to shine! 

Sandy’s teaching style is fun, playful, and athletic. She will encourage you to get out of your mind and into your body, leaving you energized, refreshed, and relaxed.

Sandy’s personal and professional trainings include 200-hour YTT Barkan Method of Hot Yoga, 80-hour JOGA Teacher Training, 30-hour Broga Teacher Training, and 20 hour Power Plate Training and Human Resource Management RRC.
