Sara has completed her Physical and Health Education degree and is working towards her Bachelor of Education at the University of Winnipeg.

She understands the importance of providing early opportunities for children to develop their physical literacy and she works hard to create programs that are super fun, developmentally appropriate and that incorporate fundamental movement skills. The skills kids will learn can lead them to life-long love for physical activity and healthy moving. She is trained in Run, Jump, Throw, Wheel, High Five and FUNdamentals basketball.

In her spare time, Sara loves playing and coaching basketball, playing ultimate frisbee and going for a hike!
