Personal Trainer & Fitness Instructor

Shannon holds a Master’s of Kinesiology from the University of Manitoba where she specialized in how physical activity impacts well-being. She brings this knowledge to her training which helps her to create a positive gym experience, especially for those who are new to the world of fitness.
Shannon is a certified Personal Trainer, certified Spinning Instructor, and has her Functional Movement System Level 1 certification. She is also a Certified Nutrition Coach through NASM. She has worked with people from all fitness backgrounds and looks forward to helping you achieve your goals!
