Personal Trainer & Fitness Instructor

Taylor is a 2022 University of Manitoba graduate with a Bachelor of Kinesiology. In addition to her education and four years experience instructing in the health and fitness industry, she also presents lifelong experience in competitive ringette and recreational dance. Through these experiences, she has learned how crucial living a healthy lifestyle plays into our long-term health.

Taylor enjoys coaching her clients and class participants toward meeting their fitness goals. One of her favourite quotes is “Invest in your health like your life depends on it, because it does!”
