Massage Therapist

Tracey Sayas is a registered massage therapist who graduated from Evolve College of Massage Therapy in Winnipeg, Manitoba. While Tracey does a variety of massages to meet the needs of her patients, she also focuses on techniques like myofascial work, sport massage, joint mobilization, and remedial exercise, and has a background in assessment to find the root cause of pain or discomfort.

Her goal for her patients is to provide manual therapy to help improve their overall health and well-being, while letting their bodies heal on their own.

Outside of work, Tracey’s interests are playing women’s volleyball, weightlifting, and spending time with her dog, Prince.
