Fitness Centre Manager and Strength Coach

Val merges her B.Comm & multiple fitness certifications (NCCP L1 Weightlifting, CrossFit L1, Gymnastics…) into her love for fitness and sport. She has been coaching group fitness since 2009 and has competed nationally in Olympic Weightlifting, Powerlifting, and CrossFit. Through her journey she has learned to love what her body can do and her goal is to help others feel the same.
