Cory Kennedy

Guest speaker, Cory Kennedy is a Strength and Conditioning Coach and Sport Scientist at Canada's Olympic Training Centre in Quebec. He received his bachelor's degree in Physical Education and Health from the University of Toronto (U of T) He played five seasons with U of T football, named captain three times, an East-West Bowl All-Star, and finished as U of T's all-time leader in career receptions.

Cory completed his Master's in Strength and Conditioning at Edith Cowan University, in Perth, Australia and has been working with Canada’s Olympians since the 2012 Summer Olympics.

Cory also  teaches  and presents both domestically, and internationally. Topics include linear and multi-directional speed, the use of technology in the monitoring process,  strength development, and athlete testing and evaluation.
