This Fitness Testing Combine is a one-stop-shop to get all of your pre, mid, and post-season testing completed done in one quick session and receive instant information on results. Athletes will run through upper and lower body power and strength tests, as well as speed, agility, and quickness drills. These are standard fitness tests that all athletes will see at one point in their sporting career should they want to play at a higher level such as Club, Provincial University/College teams, or National teams.
The Combine is open to all athletes of any sport and any level to come out and challenge themselves in a fun testing environment.

About the Event
We know testing can be stressful but we want our athletes to have fun while going through this process. We will run athletes through standardized fitness testing as part of a relaxed and fun environment. There will be music, prizes, giveaways, snacks and more.
Pro for a Day!
We want our rural athletes to experience High-Performance Testing and feel like professional athletes for a day. This is a great time for athletes to be exposed to high-level testing should they want to take their sport to the next level.
This is a great opportunity for coaches to have their team tested. We gather baseline stats identifying your team’s physical strengths and weaknesses. This helps both coaches and athletes pinpoint areas that need work and can help maximize success throughout the competitive season.
Re-testing also gives returning athletes feedback on whether they are making improvements with their current training program. We encourage all Combine veterans to come back out and re-test to gauge their progress.
