Winnipeg, 8 December 2015 –Manitoba Sport Manitoba launched a new responsive website that adapts to use on different mobile devices. With its sleek design and easy navigation, the new site is user-friendly for all our audiences and functions consistently from platform to platform.
“The new interactive website is all about simplicity,” says Tara Skibo, Communications/Public Relations Officer at Sport Manitoba, “It’s a great way for us to make the online experience better for our users. They can use the site on any platform, at any time, and the experience will be consistent.”
Sport Manitoba teamed up with OPIN to create the new site. OPIN is also the face behind the new 2017 Canada Summer Games website.

Sport Manitoba is a not for profit organization and the lead planning, programming and funding agency for the development of amateur sport in Manitoba. Located in the Sport for Life Centre, Sport Manitoba partners with over 100 organizations to deliver sport in our province and is responsible for programs including the Power Smart Manitoba Games, Coaching Manitoba, Team Manitoba, Manitoba Sports Hall of Fame, Fit Kids Healthy Kids, and KidSport. Services provided include the Sport Medicine Centre, Sport Performance Centre, and Sport Resource Centre.
