Adrielle is currently studying psychology at the University of Manitoba.

Physical literacy is important to her because of the positive impacts exercise has toward both mental health and physical health. She also sees the value in encouraging children to try their best at various physical literacy skills in order to show that exercise can be a fun and liberating activity all throughout their lives!
