Physical Therapist

Holly graduated from the University of Alberta in 2010 with a Masters in Science – Physical Therapy. Since then she has worked in both Calgary and Edmonton in a private practice/sport medicine environment. Holly greatly appreciates working with a multi-disciplinary team and thinks her patients thrive with a multi-disciplinary approach to treatment.

Holly’s treatment approach is very holistic, combining exercise principles from her kinesiology degree, with strong manual therapy skills. She is certified in GTT dry needling. Holly believes not only in treating the acute injury but also ensure that a long-term treatment plan is in place to avoid recurrent or further injury.

Holly has worked with a number of high-level athletes throughout her career and loves to see athletes of any kind, including the weekend warrior.

Outside of work, Holly is an all-around athlete and enjoys golfing, peloton and long walks with her two kids.
