Physiotherapist Exam Candidate

Sarah graduated from the Masters of Physical Therapy program at the University of Manitoba in 2023 after completing her Bachelor of Kinesiology also at the University of Manitoba.

Sarah strives to provide quality evidence-based care while ensuring that each individual’s unique needs are met. She believes in taking an exercise-based approach to keep patients active and involved in their daily activities throughout the rehabilitation process.

An avid runner from a young age, Sarah competed on the University of Manitoba track and field/cross country team for four years. Now, she enjoys running on roads, trails, and even in the occasional ultramarathon. Sarah is excited to use her physiotherapy knowledge and running experience to help others make it to the start line and chase their running goals.

In the future, Sarah would like to expand her knowledge base by taking courses on running-specific injury management and prevention as well as pain science and vestibular physio.
