Strength and Conditioning
The “Cage” and “Studio” are the primary facilities within the Performance Centre used for strength and conditioning. Despite the limited size, over 35 sport organizations and teams have received strength and conditioning coaching to increase their performance and reduce injuries. It is common for over 20-30 athletes to be using the Performance Centre at any given time after school or in the evenings.
We are now capable of providing our Provincial programs with a home for physical preparation and work directly with coaches, managers, and other key stakeholders to develop annual plans, competition schedules, and overall system enhancement.
