Building strength and power is a gradual process. If you want to enhance your overall fitness by doing powerlifting and Olympic lifting, joining the Barbell Club is your top choice! In addition to boosting strength and power, barbell workouts are excellent for improving stability and mobility.

In this 8-week program, participants can choose between a powerlifting or Olympic lifting stream with coach Angus Tang making customizations to each to match your goals and abilities. Pricing includes tax. Barbell Club requires an intermediate understanding of lifting technique. As a result, applicants must be former participants of the Club or a Barbell program, or schedule an assessment with coach Angus before attending.
