About the Fitness Centre

We believe in creating a healthy and active community in Canada and are passionate about sharing our knowledge and inspiring Manitobans of all ages, abilities, backgrounds and walks of life.

The Sport Manitoba Fitness Centre is operated by Sport Manitoba, a non-profit organization. Revenue generated is reinvested into amateur sport and community programs across the province.

The Fitness Centre is a state-of-the-art functional training space in Winnipeg’s Exchange District just off Waterfront Drive. 

We accept debit, Visa, Mastercard, and cash.

Our Fitness Centre offers:

  • The Fitness Centre App, allowing users to access fully-animated workouts, register for Fitness Centre access time slots and classes, and interact with our community. You can even work with one of our personal trainers to have a custom program made right in the app for you. Sign up for your option today.
  • A 160m indoor three-lane track surrounded on three sides by top floor windows and views of the city skyline.
  • State-of-the-art equipment, including brand names like Woodway, Jacobs Ladder, Atlantis, TRX, ViPR, Kettlebells, and more.
  • Complimentary fitness, yoga, and spin classes with every membership.
  • Personal training services, custom-wellness services, fitness programs, and workshops.
  • Changerooms with shower amenities and free day-lockers (please bring your own lock).
  • Access to an indoor parkade ($2 per hour, daily max of $15)
  • Free indoor bike storage
  • Services available in English, French, Spanish, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • The Sport Manitoba Clinic  (physician, chiro, physio, massage, dietician, sport psychology, and more) right on site.
