Get started with a personal trainer for as little as $20/session

FITNESS CONSULTATION - $60

Book a 1-on 1 consultation with a trainer to discuss your fitness goals, medical history and personal training options. Consultations are free for annual and 6-month members. Book online on our consultation form or in-person at Member Services.

FITNESS ASSESSMENT - $125*

All personal training packages start with an assessment to give your trainer a basis to build your custom program. Assessments test functional movement patterns, strength, cardio, and your overall body composition with an InBody scan.

You can pick from the following training options:

PRIVATE TRAINING (1 client)

55-minute sessions
4 per month - $70 per session
8 per month - $65 per session
12 per month - $60 per session

30-minute sessions
4 per month - $40 per session
8 per month - $35 per session
12 per month - $30 per session

Start-up package - $375
Includes your fitness consultation, fitness assessment, and four 55-minute private training sessions.

SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING (2 clients)

55-minute sessions
4 per month - $40 per session
8 per month - $35 per session
12 per month - $30 per session

30-minute sessions
4 per month - $30 per session
8 per month - $25 per session
12 per month - $20 per session

SMALL GROUP TRAINING (3+clients)

55-minute sessions
4 per month - $25 per session
8 per month - $20 per session

*Small Group Training is billed on a monthly auto-renew.

INBODY COMPOSITE TEST

$59 for 2 sessions (members)
$79 for 2 sessions (non-members)

The InBody test is a non-invasive body composition analysis that provides a detailed breakdown of your weight in terms of muscle, fat, and water. It also indicates how many pounds of lean mass you have distributed in each portion of your body. This helps your trainer pick which exercises bring out the best results to help you gain balance and function.
