Celebrate Manitoba’s rich sport heritage at the Manitoba Sports Hall of Fame’s Annual Induction Ceremony presented by Manitoba Liquor & Lotteries on Thursday, Nov. 2, 2023.
The Manitoba Sports Hall of Fame will induct the Class of 2023. This year’s slate of inductees — five individuals and one team — are exceptional and have earned their place in Manitoba’s sport history. Don’t miss this premiere event!

This year’s individual inductees include a record-setting figure in Canadian football, a Manitoba legend from the swimming pool, a distance runner who established new standards and enhanced training, one of our province’s most prominent coaches, and a leader who grew our cross-country skiing community. We will also recognize a group of curlers who dominated on the rink in our team category.
Enjoy the cocktails (cash bar) and small bites before the show and bid on fabulous items within our fundraising auction including autographed prizes from our newest inductees, other Honoured Members and generous corporate supporters. Hosted by former TSN Radio 1290 broadcaster Matt Leibl, the show itself features video testimonials from teammates, coaches and loved ones of the inductees and in-person and acceptance speeches.
