Jeff has a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Education, is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Certified Exercise Physiologist, and is a Sport Performance Specialist at Sport Manitoba.

He has over 20 years of strength and conditioning experience having worked with thousands of athletes ranging from children to elite professional and amateur athletes in a variety of sports including hockey, soccer, football, lacrosse, golf, baseball, basketball, volleyball, racquetball and curling.

Along the way Jeff has supported athletes like: Jonathan Toews, Travis Zajac, Travis Hamonic, Bailey Bram, Jennifer Jones, Team Canada’s National Women’s Hockey Team and the Manitoba Moose.

He has a passion for coaching athletes. A lifelong learner, Jeff is constantly searching for and experimenting with new methods but has never strayed far away from making sure his athletes do the basics well first and building from there.
