Team Talks

We offer on-site team talks, workshops, and presentations to help educate athletes, parents, and coaches on a variety of topics listed.

Athlete / Coach Communication

Our mental skills coaches sit down with athletes or coaches and have a discussion about the concepts at play. As this is more of a conversation, this two-way communication is more personalized to each individual athlete or coach.

Venue Visit / Applied Assistance

Our mental skills coaches work alongside our strength and conditioning coaches at the Sport Manitoba facilities to pair a training session with a pre or post-workout check-in to save time, increase repetition, and improve communication.

Fees

Teams competing in the Canada Games can find pricing packages here.

For all other clubs looking at mental skills coaching, fees vary depending on the number of athletes, topics, preparation needed, location, and scheduling. Our aim is to work within each athlete/team's budget to provide these important services at affordable rates.  Please contact us for more information.

Our mental skills team talks and athlete services are not eligible for clinical psychology coverage or extended health insurance.
