  • Eating Out/Campus/Cafeteria

We offer on-site team talks, workshops and presentations to help educate athletes, parents and coaches on a variety of topics listed.

Our dietitians can work with small groups of similar athletes, organized by age, level, or experience, to help target various strategies, concerns, topics and skills.

Our dietitians work in-house alongside our strength & conditioning coaches.  Pair a training session with a pre or post workout check-in to save time, increase repetitions, and improve communication.

The fee for Nutrition servicing varies depending on the number of athletes, topics, preparation needed, location and scheduling.  Our nutrition team talks are not eligible for clinical extended health insurance, however individual meal plans may be eligible through our performance dietitian.

Our aim is to work within each athlete/team's budget to provide these important services at affordable rates.  Please contact us for more information.
