As part of International Museum Day celebrations around the world, the Manitoba Sports Hall of Fame is pleased to announce its new exhibit, Fields …. (Rinks, Courts, and Lanes) of Dreams | Manitoba’s Halls of Fame is officially open to the public.

The exhibit brings together artifacts and displays from 10 halls of fame from across the province, giving you the opportunity to get a snippet view of the various organizations that have committed to maintaining the heritage of their sports.

 

The organizations include:

  • Bowling Hall of Fame of Manitoba
  • Football Manitoba Hall of Fame
  • Manitoba Baseball Hall of Fame & Museum
  • Manitoba Basketball Hall of Fame & Museum
  • Manitoba Curling Hall of Fame & Museum
  • Manitoba Golf Hall of Fame & Museum
  • Manitoba Hockey Hall of Fame
  • Manitoba Lacrosse Hall of Fame & Museum
  • Manitoba Rugby Hall of Fame
  • Manitoba Softball Hall of Fame & Museum

 

Artifacts will continue to be displayed in the dedicated Decades galleries that span the lifetime of sport in Manitoba. 

Fields …. (Rinks, Courts, and Lanes) of Dreams | Manitoba’s Halls of Fame is now open for public viewing at the Manitoba Sports Hall of Fame, located inside Sport Manitoba. Individual admission is by donation.
