Himal is a final year Athletic Therapy student from the University of Winnipeg in the faculty of Kinesiology and Applied Health. Originally from Zambia, he played every sport his school had to offer but enjoyed soccer and track and field the most. He would like everyone to think of themselves as athletes. With that mindset, anything is achievable. 

Favourite exercise: The squat clean because it combines strength with explosiveness and who doesn’t like to become stronger and faster?
