With over a decade’s worth of teaching under her belt, Adrienne creates practices that support and nurture her students in their ongoing exploration of yoga. She lives by the maxim that there is always more to learn and strives to show up for others and herself with curiosity and compassion.

Diversity of movement and technique is a key component to her approach. Besides teaching a range of styles from Ashtanga to Yin, she is certified as a Functional Range Conditioning Mobility Specialist.

Adrienne also holds a Masters degree in Food Science, which greatly informs how she goes about cooking dinner each evening.
