With a degree in Kinesiology, Giulia began her career as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), personal trainer, and fitness educator in 2008 as a way to help others achieve their own personal health and fitness goals.
Giulia has worked with a wide range of clients including youth athletes from a variety of sports, lifestyle clients, and professional athletes. Giulia holds multiple certifications including the Functional Movement Screen (FMS 2), Certified TRX Instructor, Strong First (Kettlebell and Bodyweight), and several yoga certifications just to name a few. She strives to help people of all walks of life to live longer, healthier, and happier lives.
