Joey is a communications professional who is back in school after ten years away to get his Masters in Counselling.

He is a long-time advocate for sport and was part of the marketing team at Sport Manitoba that helped launch the Fitness Centre in 2017.

Along with being a student, he is also in his sixth season as the assistant coach for the women’s basketball team at Providence University College. Joey has been a Fitness Centre member since its opening, and if you’re looking for him outside of his shift, you’re likely to find him in a HIIT class or on a spin bike.
